Lacquered fiberboard is available in the following colors:
Fenix NTM is a super opaque nanotech compact high-pressure laminate (CPHPL). It is characterized by next generation acrylic resins hardened and fixed with electron curing. All panels are 3/4" finished one side in Fenix NTM with color match Arpa backer and matching thermal edge banding. The 3/4" thick core is an industrial grade 45lb. particle board for dimensional stability in heat and humidity. The finish has a low light reflectivity; it is extremely opaque, fingerprint resistant and features a silky smooth touch. Fenix panels are available in smooth slab panels or with continuous aluminum Pulls 6-8, in satin finish or powder coated in two matching colors Nero Ingo and Grigio Bromo. Panels arrive with a clear plastic protective film. More information at fenixntm.com and fenixforinteriors-na.com/en-us.
Textured Laminates are a Thermal Structured Surface (TSS) made of a thick melamine shell over 3/4” thick industrial grade 45lb. particle board core with matching thermal edge banding. We prepare these panels as smooth slab doors or shaker patterns in your choice of seven luxurious color patterns. Textured Laminates present a durable, affordable environmental alternative to wood veneers. They add a variety of colors and finishes otherwise difficult to achieve in natural woods. All panels are prefinished with a gentle texture and simulated wood grain. Textured laminates resist moisture, abrasion, stains and heat, and are available as smooth slab doors with satin aluminum Pulls 6 and 7. More info in our Metro Cleaf Brochure, and cleaf.it.
Textured Laminates are available in the following colors:
Prefinished veneers are natural hardwoods brushed, pre-stained and lacquered to create a consistent color and grain sequence or a mix match veneer pattern. They produce a range of colors from soft grays to dramatic dark walnut patterns, all difficult to achieve with natural wood veneers. Individual wood veneers are laid on 3/4" (49 lbs.) MDF core, finished (Grade A-1, 2 sided or 1 sided) and sealed with low-sheen (10% matt) acrylate urethane finish. Available only in smooth panels without integrated pulls. (FSC Certified, UV resistant, No urea-formaldehyde) More information at shinnoki.com
Reflekt high-gloss acrylic panels offer three advantages: the most scratch resistant high gloss surface available, impeccable surface consistency and enhanced color richness. Each panel is constructed of multiple layers: 3/4" MDF core, ABS adhesion layers, color acrylic polyurethane, clear acrylic, and scratch resistant UV hard coating (85% sheen). The hard coating also offers chemical and stain resistance. Panels are finished with color match thermal edge banding and like colored melamine backer, without integrated pulls. Panels arrive with a clear plastic protective film. For additional colors and more information see: www.premiereurocase.com
Solid Surface materials are ideal for CNC machining into custom shapes and pulls. They exceed the strength and performance of most other cabinet materials. Clear Medium Density Fiberboard (3/4” thick 49 lbs. MDF) is finished with low-sheen (20% Satin) clear catalyzed conversion varnish and is available in smooth slab panels with your choice of integrated pull. Solid phenolic core (CPHPL) formerly called “Bakelite,” is available in charcoal black, grey, almond and khaki. Phenolics are made from melamine impregnated paper and reinforced paper fibers. A phenolic panel resists fire, boiling water, abrasion, impact, acids and stains, while remaining stronger and more stable than solid oak panels. It is an attractive alternative to stainless steel in professional kitchen design. Due to its weight however, we recommended that you limit their use to base cabinets, oven surrounds, end panels and doors 30 x 24 inches or smaller. Dunsmuir Cabinets offers CPHPL in smooth panels, or your choice of integrated edge pulls. More info at weyerhaeuser.com and wilsonart.com
Natural hardwood veneers are selected for their handsome grain patterns, their warm rich colors and dramatic grain patterns. Colors range from light blond and honey amber, to reddish browns with dark chocolate grain patterns. Individual wood veneers are laid on 3/4" (49 lbs.) MDF core, finished (Grade A-1) and sealed with low-sheen (20% Satin) clear catalyzed conversion varnish. Available only in smooth panels without integrated pulls. (FSC Certified, UV resistant, No urea-formaldehyde). More info at glveneer.com and teragren.com.
Reconstituted or engineered veneers are made from common hardwoods dyed to simulate natural colors or soft stains difficult to achieve in natural woods. This technology produces rich colors using environmentally safe water base dyes. Quarter slicing eliminates dramatic grain patterns, color variation, and provides perfectly sequenced veneers. Available colors range from soft pastels and natural fir, to chocolate brown and slate blue. RCN veneers are laid vertically (Grade A-1) on 3/4" (49 lbs.) MDF core with matching edge banding, then sealed (2-sides) with low-sheen (20% Satin) clear catalyzed conversion varnish. Available only in smooth panels without integrated pulls. (FSC Certified, UV resistant, No urea-formaldehyde). More info at uvgroupplc.com and hardwoods-inc.com
